One of the battlefields you will visit is one of major significance in the history books of Canada: the Canadian National Commemorative Park. Located in Vimy, this location is still ridden war scars and battle souvenirs, from serpentine trenches to eerie mine craters.
All of the major sites you will contemplate on this journey through time and past horror contain such traces of the Great War: memorial, cemeteries, trenches, the footprints of war. Within these scenarios, devoted to memory, lie the remains of soldiers from manifold countries. British, French, Australians, New Zealanders and troops from many other countries who shuffled off this mortal coil lie at piece in these whereabouts. This tour is an opportunity to honour them all.
