Finally the Shwenandaw Monastery, noted for its exquisite woodcarvings, is also home to the world’s largest book, the Kuthodaw Pagoda. A sight to behold, the Kuthodaw Pagoda boasts a staggering 729 slabs displaying the Buddhist scriptures in their entirety.
