Launch out into Phang-Na Bay to the Ice Cream Cave, a small cave teaming with

glistening stalactites. Onwards to the Mangrove Cave where the torches are

fired up to illuminate this dark, prehistoric world. Glide through the mystic

mangrove swamp by canoe. On the way pass the iconic Khao Tapu, that stole the

show from Roger Moore in the Bond movie ' Man with the Golden Gun'. An

authentic halal Thai lunch is served at Panyi Island, home to a seafaring

community whose village is held aloft above the sea by stilts, set hard against

a karst rising out of the bay. Take a wander after lunch then hide away, swim

and relax somewhere far from the crowds before returning to the mainland late
