The cooking class begins with a mini tour through a local village and see locals daily lives. Have an introduction to some of the many fruits and vegetables that are grown locally, and get a peek inside a domestic kitchen.



Arrive at the cooking venue and get in to herb garden close to sunset, and collect a few herbs andvegetables to use in this evening's dishes. The cooking experience is very hands-on. Prepare a starter, a main, and a dessert, as well as a herbal tea. Learn some simple presentation techniques , perfect for impressing friends back home at your next dinner party.



Relax in a peaceful dining pavilion and try a herbal tea before settling in to enjoy fresh, tasty Khmer creations. Savour the flavours of your labour served up by a professional team. A recipe card is provided for helping you replicate the dishes you prepared, back home.

It is usually very hot in Siem Reap. There will be opportunities to purchase water, but you may also want to bring a supply with you.
